What Can We Build?
If you need it, we can design and build it. As a Class A Virginia Contractor the owner is legally able to build any size project in the state of Virginia. He has built (and often designed) about forty residential additions over his career and has managed commercial projects ranging into the multi-million dollar steel and concrete categories. Whatever your project requires we can build it. Need electronic locking? We can provide it. Cut through an existing wall? No problem – and we will not mess up your house doing it. Do you want a full length mirror that is actually a concealed door? Show us where you want it and we can make it happen. Need a safe room? Call – we will help you figure it out.
We search out the best in materials and hardware for each project. Whether it is drawer hardware or locking mechanisms, we don't cut corners on quality. We use only the strongest industrial pivots to swing our book cases or other heavy units. Hinges always will sag to some extent which is why we do not use them on heavy installations. Our book cases will easily support hundreds of pounds of books and still glide open almost like magic.

Of course you are, and we do everything possible to help you keep your secret space secret. First, we use only a small number of very trusted local installers that are well known to us as people of good character. As a tiny local shop the owner will almost always be directly involved in the installation work. We are not searching through the phone books to find somebody the way the big national companies do. We know our installers and would never send an installer to your home that we wouldn't trust in ours.
Our 2400 square foot woodworking shop allows the pieces to be built in-house and delivered in a timely and discreet manner.
