We designed this building, which has been dubbed "The Party House" by it's owners, as a space for entertaining. This building has many unique features. It is a simple one-room structure with a poured concrete piller foundation.
Unique Details
The beauty is in the details. This building has several unique features that make it a wonderful place for entertaining. The exposed trusses, fireplace, and custom made pine flooring make this space cozy and inviting as well as feel quite spacious.
These handmade windows line three sides of this building and they are a unique design. Instead of having windows that slide up and down, or swing in, these windows have been designed to hinge at the top and hook to the rafters when opened. This adds an interesting element to the look of the building and also prevents the window frames from blocking the view or diminishing the amount of space available inside the building for entertaining.
