Ordering & Shipping
New Furniture
If paying by check or money order, a 50% deposit is required when you place your order. When your furniture is near completion we will notify you for final payment. When your payment is received the order will be crated and shipped, and we will notify you of the expected delivery time frame.
If you are paying by Visa or MasterCard your order will be charged in full at completion when your order is shipped.
All items are packed and shipped through UPS or another carrier. When received you should open the crating right away and inspect for shipping damage. If damaged call that same day if possible to report the damage.
From the time you place your order until it is built and ready to ship will typically run 6–12 weeks. In some cases we may have a few catalog items in stock.
Custom sized pieces must be paid in full in advance—no refunds.
Antiques
Antiques must be paid in full before shipping. Once your order and payment has been received the item will be taken for boxing and delivery within a few days.
